Welcome to Rehoboth Herbs International! By becoming a distributor for Rehoboth Herbs International, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions, which govern your participation in the distributor program. These terms are legally binding, and failure to comply may result in the termination of your distributor status.
2. Distributor Eligibility
To become a distributor, you must be at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into a contract in your country of residence.
You must complete the registration process and agree to the terms outlined in this agreement.
3. Independent Contractor Status
Distributors are independent contractors and not employees, partners, or agents of Rehoboth Herbs International.
You are responsible for any applicable taxes or other governmental fees arising from your activities as a distributor.
Distributors are not entitled to benefits, such as health insurance, pension plans, or vacation pay, provided to company employees.
4. Responsibilities and Conduct
As a distributor, you agree to promote and sell Rehoboth Herbs International products in a lawful and ethical manner.
You are prohibited from making false, misleading, or unsubstantiated claims about the products or the business opportunity.
You must comply with all company marketing guidelines, including the use of approved marketing materials.
You are responsible for maintaining professionalism and integrity in all interactions with customers and fellow distributors.
5. Sales and Compensation
You will earn commissions based on sales you generate and, in some cases, the sales made by distributors in your downline.
Commissions and bonuses are outlined in the company’s compensation plan, which may be updated from time to time.
All earnings are subject to applicable deductions and tax obligations as per your local laws.
6. Payments and Refunds
Distributors must pay for products in full before orders are processed and shipped.
Customers are entitled to request refunds as per the company’s return policy. Distributors are expected to assist in facilitating returns, ensuring customer satisfaction, and adhering to company guidelines.
Any commission paid on returned or refunded products will be deducted from future commissions.
7. Product Purchase Requirements
Distributors are not required to purchase large quantities of products as a condition for maintaining their distributor status.
Any personal product purchases are at your discretion and are not considered mandatory inventory stocking.
8. Recruitment and Team Building
Distributors may recruit other individuals to join Rehoboth Herbs International as distributors, provided that recruitment efforts are ethical and transparent.
You may not offer financial incentives, make unsubstantiated income claims, or engage in high-pressure tactics to recruit new distributors.
Distributors are responsible for mentoring and supporting their downline team members.
9. Use of Company Intellectual Property
Rehoboth Herbs International retains all rights to its trademarks, logos, marketing materials, and product information.
Distributors are granted a limited, revocable license to use these materials for the purpose of promoting and selling Rehoboth Herbs International products.
Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or modification of company intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
10. Non-Competition Clause
Distributors are prohibited from selling, promoting, or representing competing wellness products or companies while actively working as a distributor for Rehoboth Herbs International.
You agree not to use your access to company resources to promote products from competing businesses.
11. Termination of Distributor Agreement
Rehoboth Herbs International reserves the right to terminate your distributor status if you violate any of the terms in this agreement.
You may terminate your distributor agreement at any time by providing written notice to the company.
Upon termination, you will lose access to any unpaid commissions or bonuses, and you must cease using any company intellectual property.
12. Confidentiality
As a distributor, you may have access to confidential information about the company, including but not limited to sales strategies, customer lists, and business plans.
You agree not to disclose or share any confidential information with third parties, either during or after your time as a distributor.
13. Limitation of Liability
Rehoboth Herbs International is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the distributor program, including but not limited to loss of income, business, or data.
The company’s total liability under this agreement is limited to the amount of commissions earned by you during the 12 months prior to the claim.
14. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through arbitration or mediation as per Rehoboth Herbs International’s dispute resolution policy.
You agree to attempt informal resolution before pursuing legal action.
15. Amendments
Rehoboth Herbs International reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Distributors will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, along with any additional policies or agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Rehoboth Herbs International regarding your participation as a distributor and supersede any prior agreements.
By registering as a distributor, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
